Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Marketing Reporting Manager ("the service"), operated by Marketing Reporting Manager. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use the service for a company or client, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

2. The service

The service lets you connect advertising and social media accounts and view and export performance reports. It is read-only: it does not create, edit, pause or delete campaigns, change budgets or bids, or publish content on your accounts.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
• You are responsible for activity in your account and for the members you invite.
• You must be at least 18 years old.

4. Connecting third-party accounts

You may only connect accounts you own or are authorized to access, such as accounts of clients you manage with their permission. Your use of Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other platforms remains subject to those platforms' own terms and policies, and you must comply with them. You can disconnect an account at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service unlawfully or to infringe anyone's rights;
• attempt to access another workspace's data or break the service's security;
• overload, scrape, reverse engineer or resell the service without permission;
• connect accounts you are not authorized to access.

6. Your data

You keep ownership of your data. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Data accuracy

Figures come from the connected platforms' APIs and can be delayed, revised by the platform, or differ from what each platform shows in its own interface (for example because of attribution windows, time zones or currency). Data that is stale or failed to sync is labelled in the service. Verify important numbers before relying on them for billing or decisions.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features, and platform API changes can affect what the service can show.

9. Fees

If paid plans are introduced we will show the price and billing terms before you are charged, and any change to prices will be communicated in advance.

10. Termination

You can stop using the service and request deletion of your data at any time (see our data deletion page). We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or put the service or others at risk.

11. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim (or zero if the service was free).

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be shown by updating the date above and, where appropriate, notifying you. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
